This happened to me a couple of months ago. I was born and raised in the village. My parents moved from here to a big city when I was 20 and left the house to me.
I’m 25 now and I still live here. There is a neighbor next to me, about 60 years old. Zinaida Petrovna is a good and kind woman who often looked after me as a child.
Recently, her grandson, Artem, a guy of my age, came to her. He was a sweet and kind young man who I liked right away.
We met, after which we talked for days. Like teenagers in love.
And so, after a week of communication, he said that he liked me too. He also added that he would stay in the village for another week. I was both saddened and happy.
Artyom said that he would like to meet with me. At least this period of time, before his departure. I decided to agree.
We spent a wonderful 7 days together, which I will never forget…
As he said, he left a week later. I was sad, but this novel warmed my soul. We didn’t promise anything to each other. But, despite the fact that I hoped to meet him someday again, my consciousness suggested that this was unlikely to happen. Moreover, Zinaida Petrovna was going to move in with her daughter. Since her health began to fail her.
When my life returned to its usual course, I began to feel strange: I started to feel sick, my breasts increased, plus this delay.
Then I decided to do a pregnancy test.
It turned out to be positive.
I panicked! After all, long before Artyom and after him, I had no other men. And this meant that the child was definitely his.
I didn’t know what to do. We didn’t even exchange phone numbers.
It was unthinkable! I tossed from side to side for another week, but still decided to tell him everything.
After asking Zinaida Petrovna for Artem’s address, somehow justifying myself to her, I bought a bus ticket and went to the city 2 days later. I asked a friend in advance to stay with her for a couple of days.
When I arrived, I decided not to delay, and immediately went to fulfill the purpose of my visit – to talk to Artem. Arriving at the place, I found myself in front of a large high-rise building. I could have collected my thoughts for a long time, but some girl came out of the house, opening the door of the intercom. So I went inside.
I was scared because I didn’t know how Artem would react.
I called the apartment, and a young girl of about 22 years old opened the door to me. I thought I was wrong, but I decided to ask about Artem. She confirmed that he lives here and said that she was his wife. Then I felt sick, and I ran away from there.
After taking my things from my friend, I drove back to the village. It was inconceivable to me that he was married. But I was even more worried that I was expecting a child from him.
Now I am in the second month of pregnancy and have absolutely no idea what to do. I understand that I will not be able to raise a child alone and I am not sure that Artem will accept the baby. What should I do?
